Why I do what I do!

I sold a piece of pottery to, at the time; was our daughter's boss, Fred Mahler. He owns a construction company in Illinois suburbs. Anyway, he was so delightful, and purchased pottery from us for gifts for his daughter's, and Wife. He purchased one of my, "One of a Kinds", a vase I sold him for $30.00. Now I ask you, a wealthy man treasures a vase for $30.00! Here is the email he sent our daughter yesterday.........

Just thought I would pass along an excerpt from one of Fred's emails to me =)

The other thing I have been trying to tell you, or you should tell your Mom,
remember the Vase I bought when you were so kind and took me to your Mom's studio? It seems like it is getting, I don't know prettier, more and more pleasing. It seems to change it is so beautiful that some times I can't stop looking at it.
I don't know how to express my self. It is a master piece absolutely beautiful . And no you can not buy it back

For me, it's all about the LOVE! lol lol lol Never the money! Money comes and goes right out the door. lol lol lol...:) I just use money to do the things I love!
Gary, you are more like Me than you could ever, ever, imgaine! That is why we are Cousins...lol :)

YAY! That's right. It doesn't matter how much something costs. It's priceless to him.
That's a great story, Maureen!
