Hello, My People!
Just for my BABB friends, a Hawaiian sunset. I took it last night. Maureen, I promise I won't take any rocks. My Dad even said, "Bring me back a rock" (we collect rocks) and I told him about the curse and said "No can do." He understood.

Wow, what a beautiful scene...really lovely. Sorry about your Dad not getting any rocks, George and I are also rock collectors. That is why we were interested in that show on "Pele's Curse", I am telling you it was scary, they get over a ton of rocks shipped back each year from those who dare touch the rocks...I know it sounds wacky, but George and I watched the show with our mouths agape...scary stuff!

Fran, George and I saw on National Geographic a show about Hawaii and the "Pele's Curse". It was really scary. If anyone takes a rock from her Island all kinds of terrible things happen to them. They get tons of rocks shipped back yearly with notes attached to them to please put it back...,weird though it maybe, I would not touch them.
