Easter

This is my fancy Easter outfit when I was little. I probably had a hat to go with this outfit and I'm sure we were at Grandma's house so I could show it off. You see, sometimes I like to be fancy. To this very day I enjoy being fancy from time to time and I can totally pull it off! That amazes everyone.

This is another year and me being not so fancy at home. I had the same hair cut as my baby brother and we're using a saucepan as an Easter basket. And my outfit is a giant yellow sweatshirt. You see, I also enjoy being a comfortable weirdo. I always have.

The gloves! The purse! The strained expression of uncertainty at wearing so much ribbon! I love it!

Oh this is a great blog Kasey. Awesome of course. Love your beautiful dress, however I too was a comfort clown as a kid, still am. Dressing up fancy is just not my style.
Would much of preferred a leather Warrior Princess garb, or just plain ole jeans and TShirt. I too am a comfort weirdo.
