OK, we talked about SUMMER TUNES!!!! I remember waiting for the radio to play 'Emotional Rescue' by the Stones the whole summer of 1980. There were no itunes then. There were radios. The summer of 1985 I was dying to hear tears for Fears 'Shout', which my friends and I also would sing in different ways as 'Trout trout....these are the fish that we sing about...' and thirdly, summer of 1983, Talking Heads' 'Burning down the house'.

I was driving to the blood drive Friday, when it came on the radio again, and I realized that for the first time in years I am having a summer radio song CRUSH: Fitz and the Tantrums 'Moneygrabber'. OH IT IS SO GOOD. What are the songs that really meant summer to you one year? POST IT!
